My case is warped/loose/ill-fitting - what should I do?

While we carefully inspect each case that leaves our facilities, the odd warped case may slip through the cracks. Also there has been the very rare occasion where extreme temperature fluctuations has caused slight warping.

Our customer service team may ask for a photo of the defective case for our records as we use these photos as references to keep improving our products and services.
