How do I get a replacement if my Pela case breaks?

At Pela, we have a "Compost in the ground, and not in your hands" commitment for every one of our cases! If anything happens to your phone case within 1-year of purchase, we will replace it!

Run it over with your car? We will replace it!

Puppy get ahold of your case? We will replace it! (But we will ask for puppy photos)

Use it too hard? We will replace it!

Simply contact us through one of our channels and we will get a new case sent out in no time so you don't have to worry about your phone being unprotected! Make sure to send us some photos of what happned so we can continue to make our product better!

Note: This is a replacement-only warranty - no refunds will be offered after 90 days. We are happy to replace your case with one of equal or lesser value. This warranty does not apply to accessories.
