I've seen your handwritten cards all over social media, do you really handwrite those cards yourselves?

For as long as we possibly can, yes we have been and will try to write each customer a note to say thank you. It's our best way of staying human in a hyper-digital and consumer-driven world but there maybe be fluxes in demand where handwriting a note might slow down your order. In those cases, please know we are here, we are human and we absolutely are so grateful for your support.

We literally can't say thank you enough. (THANK YOU!)
