What is your Screen Protection Guarantee?

We believe that most phones don’t have a need to survive being dropped from a helicopter or run over by a tank and therefore don’t require excess plastic protection. 

Our cases and screen protectors were designed to provide "maximum reasonable" protection so as to keep our environmental footprint as small as possible.

We stand behind our products so we’ve decided to offer a screen repair guarantee to our customers effective May 1, 2018, under the following conditions. 

Our cases are also included in all of our guarantees for 1 year from the purchase date. If you've purchased any of our guarantees along with a case and your case rips, breaks, or tears within that one year, please email us at hello@pelacase.com for a replacement :) - *One replacement per case

***The easiest way to get going on your screen repair is to click on the chat feature on the bottom right of our Pela Case sites and click  "Broken Screen" to get the form and get started!

To qualify for our Screen Protection Guarantee the following conditions must be met:

OPTION A 

  1. Have purchased a Pela Case (excluding Slim Cases) after April 1, 2018.
  2. Have purchased and applied our Canopy Liquid Screen Protector after Jan 1, 2019. 
  3. Be a confirmed Pela Case Purchaser by one of the following:
    1. You must have purchased your Pela case (excluding Slim case) from pelacase.com.
    2. Have purchased a Pela Case (excluding Slim) via another retailer and provide a valid receipt.
  4. Your screen must have been unscratched or uncracked prior to purchasing a Pela.
  5. You are within one year of purchase of Canopy liquid screen protector. 
  6. You must submit a valid Screen Repair Form with all information requested including providing a photo of the damaged screen and receipt of repair with payment method. 

OPTION B

  1. Have purchased either Basic, Standard or Full coverage for Pela’s Screen Protection Coverage with a Pela Case after January 20, 2021.
  2. Be within two years of purchase of the protection coverage.
  3. Your screen must have been unscratched or uncracked prior to purchasing a Pela case and the Coverage.
  4. You must submit a valid Screen Repair Form with all information requested including providing a photo of the damaged screen and receipt of repair with payment method. 

To claim your screen repair, follow the below instructions:

  1. Complete your Screen Repair Form
  2. Send us back that form with your receipt of screen repair and photo of the damaged screen.
  3. We issue reimbursements every Wednesdays except holidays and reimburse via PayPal only.

Additional Conditions:

  1. We will repair 1 screen per device per customer.
  2. OPTION A: We cover a maximum of $200 USD for a screen repair.
  3. OPTION B coverage is as follows:
    1. FOR CLASSIC, CLEAR AND WALLET CASES:
      1. Basic - reimbursable up to a maximum of $150USD
      2. Standard - reimbursable up to a maximum of $300USD
      3. Full - reimbursable up to a maximum of $1000USD
    2. FOR SLIM CASES:
      1. Basic - reimbursable up to a maximum of $75USD
      2. Standard - reimbursable up to a maximum of $200USD
      3. Full - reimbursable up to a maximum of $1000USD
  4. The Screen Protection Guarantee covers only the front phone screen and no other parts
  5. OPTION B order must include a Pela Case at the time of purchase. Orders made with only the coverage will be VOID and refunded.
